The plot of the play is that Mrs. Savage has been left $10 million
by her husband and wants to make the best use of it, in spite of the
efforts of her grown-up stepchildren to get their hands on it. The
play is loaded with plenty of laughs, and the last scene, a farewell
party, is a delightful fantasy where each "guest" in the sanatorium
realizes at last some hopeless dream for something he was never able
to realize. The dominant mood is high comedy, and the audience is
left with a feeling that the neglected virtues of kindness and
affection have not been entirely lost in a world that seems
motivated at times only by greed and dishonesty. The cast includes
Lincolnites Brandon Davis as Hannibal and Jessica Sutton as Mrs.
Paddy. Jaisi Bishop portrays Florence and Allison Campbell is Fairy
May. Logan Butts is Jeffrey, Marshall Nelson plays Titus, and Andy
Hjortshoj is Samuel. Lily Belle is played by Charity Stratford,
Kelsey Foster is Miss Wilhelmina, and Dr. Emmett is played by
Spenser Carrel. The role of Mrs. Savage is played by Becky Campbell.
Tickets are $7 for students through college and $9 for adults and
