Monday night the Mount Pulaski Township Historical Society hosted a meet and greet for Roger Capps. Capps (left) is the great-great-grandson of one of Mount Pulaski’s founders, Jabez Capps. He was also honored with a proclamation plaque and a key to the city, presented by Mount Pulaski Mayor Bill Glaze.
