Dr. John Hutchinson, president of Lincoln College, began his speech by telling about the life of a man who as a child was severely abused and forced into slavery in Haiti, how he was rescued from that torture, and what he did with his life as an adult.

"A Century of Values 1910 – 2010" is a beautiful, colorful depiction of the history of Boy Scouts in America in the last 100 years. In the print are images of badges, guidebooks, Scouting events and a myriad of past Scouts, all of whom have gone on to achieve great things. At a quick glance one can see Jimmy Stewart, Bob Hope, Bill Gates, Ronald Reagan and John Kennedy, just to name a few.
