Dom Dalpoas, the executive
director of The Oasis, said that this year the spaces at Scully Park
have all been taken. A total of 103 vendors of crafts and flea market items
have all signed up to be a part of the 2010 Lincoln Art & Balloon
Festival.
Dom said that vendors from
throughout the state as well as surrounding states have told him
that the park and the entire festival is one of the best they sign
up for all year.
