Accident occurred on Short Eighth at North Monroe Street.

Bertram, Fannie L., 25, Middletown; 2004 Ford Taurus
Bemont was southbound on North Monroe with Bertram eastbound on Short Eighth. There are no stop signs at the intersection. Both vehicles entered the intersection at the same time and collided.
According to law, when there are no marked stops, drivers should yield if there is a vehicle to their right.
Bemont was ticketed for failure to yield the right of way.
Lincoln Police Department
- Baker, Larry G., 52, of the 1300 block of Woodlawn Road, was arrested Dec. 3 at his residence on a Logan County warrant for failure to appear on a domestic battery charge and a second Logan County warrant for failure to appear on a DUI charge.
