Scouts Noah Kenney (left) and Jonathon Stephenson from Scout Troop 102 attended the Tuesday night committee-of-the-whole meeting of the Lincoln City Council. The boys came to observe the workings of city government as a portion of the requirements for their citizenship badge in Scouts. The two were accompanied by their Scout leader, Amy Kenney (center).
