[December 20, 2010]  SANTA BARBARA, Calif. (AP) -- A California prosecutor says Randy Quaid's wife has missed another court hearing and a new warrant has been issued for her arrest.

Santa Barbara Deputy District Attorney Anthony Davis says Evi Quaid failed to appear for a probation hearing Thursday and faces a $100,000 arrest warrant. She is on probation after pleading no contest earlier this year to defrauding an innkeeper.

The Quaids are wanted in the coastal city for a felony vandalism case in which they're accused of causing more than $5,000 damage to a home they once owned.

Neither the actor or his wife have appeared at any court hearings in the case and have forfeited $1 million in bail. They remain in Canada, where they are seeking asylum from a group they've dubbed the "Hollywood star-whackers."
