"Sharon is a very hard worker and a very good
friend, always offering good advice to help solve problems," says
Matt Cusey. "She is also an excellent person when it comes to
working with patients. She is going to and from the (patient) floors
several times every day making sure everything is done correctly and
just right for the patients."Sharon has worked in dietary at ALMH
for 35 years. She is a native of the Lincoln area.
Sharon supervises the night shift in dietary and has gone through
training to become a supervisor. In addition to preparing and
serving food in the café, the department makes three meals a day for
inpatients at ALMH.
But it's not the food that Sharon enjoys working with; it's her
co-workers.
"I like working with a lot of great people," she says.
ALMH employs more than 290 in a wide variety of job functions. A
different employee is honored each month for their commitment to
creating great patient experiences, getting great results and making
ALMH a great place to work.
