Agriculture futures, livestock prices mostly rise

[February 03, 2010]    CHICAGO (AP) -- Agriculture futures rose Tuesday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

HardwareWheat for March delivery added 12.5 cents to $4.8725 a bushel; March corn climbed 6 cents to $3.65 a bushel; March oats jumped 4 cents $2.32 a bushel; and March soybeans traded up 15.75 cents to $9.255 a bushel.

Meanwhile, beef and pork futures traded mostly higher on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

February live cattle added 0.97 cent to 86.22 cents a pound; March feeder cattle fell 0.50 cent to 97.22 cents a pound; February lean hogs gained 1.03 cents to 65.40 cents a pound; and February pork bellies rose 1 cent to 81.50 cents a pound.
