winter weather advisory is in effect until 6 a.m. Wednesday. A
band of moderate snow will move eastward across the region through
late Tuesday morning.
Behind this band, winds will increase to around 15 mph, with
higher gusts. Blowing and drifting of snow will make travel on less
traveled highways hazardous. In addition, wind chills will fall into
the zero to 10 below range.
