Brief bio of Dr. Ham

[February 04, 2010]  Dr. Clay Ham came to Lincoln Christian University in 2008 to serve as professor of New Testament. Since June 1, 2009, he has also served as vice president of academics.

He earned a B.A. in Christian ministries from Lincoln Christian College in 1984, a M. Div. from Lincoln Christian Seminary in 1988 and a Ph.D. in New Testament from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in 2003.

For 20 years he worked at Dallas Christian College, first as professor of New Testament and later as vice president of academic affairs.

Presently he also serves as adjunct professor of Bible at Lakeview Bible Seminary in Chennai, India, as a member on the board of directors for New Mission Systems International, Fort Myers, Fla., and as a member-at-large on the Commission on Accreditation with the Association for Biblical Higher Education.

Ham and his wife, Diane, have three grown children.
