Wheat, corn, oats, soybeans higher on the CBOT

[January 29, 2010]    CHICAGO (AP) -- Agriculture futures were higher Thursday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for March delivery added 3.25 cents to $4.87 a bushel, while March corn rose 3.5 cents to $3.6175 a bushel and oats for March delivery gained 4.25 cents to $2.33 a bushel. March soybeans edged up 2.75 cents to $9.3175 a bushel.

Meanwhile, beef and pork futures traded mixed on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

February live cattle advanced 0.28 cent to 85.65 cents a pound; March feeder cattle slipped 0.05 cent to 98.47 cents a pound; February lean hogs rose 0.2 cent to 66.77 cents a pound; and February pork bellies lost 0.3 cent to 81.4 cents a pound.
