| Saturday morning the annual 
			early morning Fourth of July block party in Starkey Acres subdivision 
			honored Lincoln's newest citizen, Njeri Bere. As part of their tribute to her, Bere was made grand marshal of the 
			walking parade and received a special gift from Lincoln's mayor, 
			Keith Snyder.
