[July 15, 2010]  Beginning Monday, County Highway 10 between Elkhart and Mount Pulaski will be closed to replace a box culvert. The project is located one mile east of Elkhart. Construction is expected to take two months to complete, and the road will be closed to traffic during that time.

InsuranceThe box culvert needs to be replaced due to the deteriorated condition of the concrete.

Logan County is using federal funds from the Highway Bridge Program to complete this construction. Additional information about the project can be obtained by contacting the Logan County Highway Department.

The highway department appreciates public cooperation and patience during the construction season as the department continues to improve the safety of roads and bridges.
