Aimee Howe turned 12, and instead of asking for presents, she
asked her friends to buy stuff for the cats and dogs that belong to
the Humane Society. Aimee lives in Mount Pulaski with her mom and
dad. They hauled in four or five bags of "stuff" for the critters.
There was enough food, treats and toys to keep several animals happy
for quite a while. Aimee has a big heart, and the Humane Society
thanks her for her unselfish generosity! She sets a good example for
all of us!
