The book also sets the record straight on parts of Hewitt's relationship history, which has been played out in the press. "My dating life has been written about really since I was 15 ... so this book is my way of saying,
'No, this is who I am and this is what I've really thought about that, and these are the things that I've done that maybe you didn't read about." Despite her recent difficulties, Hewitt says there wouldn't be, say, Shakespeare without love-aholics like herself. "Dreaming about romance is not any different than having a vision board, which is the big thing out there that you're supposed to do ... to put it out there in the universe." The book is published by Hyperion, a division of ABC.
