[May 20, 2010]  GREEN, Ohio (AP) -- Two lambs that disappeared from an Ohio farm were left on the lawn of a high school with "2010" painted on their sides in an apparent prank.

Schools Superintendent Michael Nutter says the 3-day-old lambs were not harmed by their visit Tuesday morning to Green High School, about 40 miles south of Cleveland. But he warns that the culprits won't pull the wool over anyone's eyes.

School administrators are reviewing images captured from cameras inside and outside the school in hopes of identifying the pranksters. Nutter isn't saying how they might be disciplined.

The lambs' owner in nearby Canal Fulton says he's glad to have them back on his farm. He says they're so young they need to stay by their mother.
