you drive down Fifth Street near St.
Clara's Manor, you have seen this
familiar face the past several
years. Kenney Seefeldt, a St.
Clara's resident, spends nice days
cleaning the weeds off the sidewalk
in front of the building. Someone
passing by even brought him a hoe to
help with his self-appointed task.
