Accident

Driver sideswipes building

Accident occurred May 24 at 11:12 a.m. in the 500 block of 11th Street.

  • Fitzsimmons, Kaeley M., 21-year-old female, Lincoln; 2001 Chevrolet Monte Carlo

Driver was southbound in the parking lot at 550 11th St. when she sideswiped a building belonging to Edward J. Dowling. The building sustained damage to the siding.

Lincoln Police Department report for Tuesday, May 25

  • Kozicki, Christopher J., 21-year-old male, of Poplar Bluffs, Mo., arrested May 24 on Lincoln Parkway on Class A charge of driving with license suspended.

Logan County Sheriff’s Department reports for Tuesday, May 25

  • Bolen, Chayne A., 40-year-old male, of San Jose, arrested May 25 in Emden on Class A charge of driving under the influence, Class A charge of resisting arrest and Class 3 charge of aggravated battery to a police officer.

  • Cook-Curry, Crystal A., 22-year-old female, of Clinton, arrested May 24 at the Logan County Safety Complex on a Logan County warrant for failure to appear. Bond was set at $250 cash.

  • Ogden, Presten O., 21-year-old male, of Middletown, arrested May 24 at 350 Avenue and 1171 Street on Class A charge of contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Bond was set at $1,000, 10 percent.

  • Robinson, Michael J., 28-year-old male, of Rochester, arrested May 24 in the Sangamon County Jail on a Logan County warrant for failure to appear. Also included in the arrest was a Class A charge of criminal sexual assault. Bonds were set at $3,000, 10 percent for the failure to appear and $7,000, 10 percent for the assault charge.

  • Viergge, Meranda N., 18-year-old male, of Middletown, arrested May 24 at 350 Avenue and 1171 Street on Class A charge of illegal possession and consumption.
