It was a day of reversals as our police chief became a criminal and the mayor became a cop, but the result was sweet for Jett Winebrinner no matter who these guys really were or were pretending to be. Jett won the drawing for a gift certificate from Abe’s Carmelcorn. Jett lives in Lincoln and his dad, who accompanied him on the parade route, is Brent Winebrinner.
