Friday evening Main Street
Lincoln and the downtown merchants kicked off the holiday season
with a lighting of a lovely tree on the courthouse lawn.
The tree was donated by Coopers' Angel Valley Tree Farm, with lights
and other support offered by Ace Hardware and KC Ultra Graphics.
Stores around the square had their lights on and their windows
decorated and were open until 7 for evening shoppers.
All stores will be open Saturday all day, and many will be open on
Sunday from 1 to 5 p.m.
