[November 15, 2010]  According to Recalls.org, a nonprofit organization, the following recalls were issued by various federal and state agencies during the week ending Nov. 13: 

INLINE SKATES 

Rollerblade USA is recalling Spark, Spitfire Inline Skates sold nationwide from September 2009 to July 2010. The frame mounting bolts and wheel axle bolts can be loose on new skates. Loose wheels or frames on the skates can cause the rider to fall, posing a risk of injury.

Consumers should immediately inspect all wheel-axle and frame-mounting bolts to ensure that they are properly tightened.

GOLF CARS 

Club Car LLC is recalling Golf cars and hospitality, utility and transport vehicles sold nationwide from April 2010 to July 2010. The brake pedal can crack and separate, resulting in a loss of braking ability. This can result in a crash. 

The recalled vehicles are Model 2010 DS golf cars and hospitality, utility and transport vehicles used for short-distance transportation. They are various sizes, models and colors. The vehicles can be identified by the serial number, which is above and to the right of the accelerator pedal.

HORSE-ON-A-STICK TOYS 

Big Ideas Marketing is recalling Horse-on-a-Stick Toys sold nationwide from May 2010 to July 2010. The reins on horse-on-a-stick toy's bridle are long enough to form a loop around a child's head and neck, posing a strangulation hazard. 

This recall involves horse-on-a-stick toys with a bridle and reins. The toys are filled with polyester fiber and have a fluffy mane. The horse's ears are embroidered with the words "PRESS HERE" in red. The horse makes neighing and galloping sounds when the ears are pressed. 

Consumers should immediately remove or cut the reins to eliminate the hazard.

ROCKING HORSE TOYS 

Rocking Horse Depot is recalling Rocking Horse Toys sold nationwide from November 2006 to December 2009. The reins on the rocking horse bridle are long enough to form a loop around a child's head and neck, posing a strangulation hazard. 

This recall involves Rocking Horse Depot's small, medium and large rocking horses with bridles. The rocking horse has a hardwood frame and is covered with synthetic hide. Each rocking horse has fluffy mane and tail, and a leather Rocking Horse Depot emblem on the right side of the saddle. 

Consumers should immediately remove or cut the reins to eliminate the hazard.

ROMAN SHADES 

Hanover Direct Inc., (also known as Domestications, The Company Store, and Company Kids) is recalling Roman shades, roll-up blinds and roller blinds sold nationwide from January 1996 to October 2009. Strangulations can occur when a child places his/her neck between the exposed inner cord and the fabric on the backside of the blind or when a child pulls the cord out and wraps it around his/her neck. 

This recall involves all styles of Roman shades with inner cords, all styles of roll-up blinds, and roller blinds that do not have a tension device. A tension device is intended to be attached to the continuous loop bead chain or continuous loop pull cord and installed into the wall or floor.

POTTERY BARN LAMPS 

Pottery Barn is recalling lamps sold nationwide from July 2009 to August 2010. The electrical wire that runs through the lamps can be pinched or severed at the lamp's adjustable joint, posing a risk of electric shock. 

This recall involves Pottery Barn's Clay Task Lamp (Model #2467553), the Montgomery Task Lamp (Model #9691783) and the Montgomery Floor Lamp (Model #9691775). All of the lamps have bronze-colored finishes. "Pottery Barn" and the model number are printed on the bottom of the lamp.

ANTHEM GIANT BICYCLES 

Giant Bicycle Inc. is recalling 2011 Model Year Anthem Giant Bicycles sold nationwide during August 2010. The frame can crack at the junction of the seat post and top tube, posing a fall hazard. 

This recall involves 2011 model year Giant Anthem X 29er 1, 2 and 3 model bicycles. The bicycles were sold in small, medium and large. "Giant" and the model name are printed on the bicycle. 

Consumers should contact any authorized Giant Bicycle dealer for a free inspection and repair.
