County officials retire with accolades

At the Tuesday evening meeting
of the Logan County Board, three retiring board members as well as
the county treasurer, Mary Ellen Bruns, were thanked for their service.

The Logan County Board gave its consent to
the statue committee to proceed with having the life-sized statue
re-created in bronze.
Mary Ellen Bruns receives a plaque for her 34
years as Logan County treasurer.
District 5 board member Gloria Luster receives
applause.
As did John Stewart from District 3.
Terry Werth, representing District 4, is thanked for
his service.
