[October 01, 2010]  FLORHAM PARK, N.J. (AP) -- Darrelle Revis will miss the New York Jets' game at Buffalo on Sunday, sitting out a second straight game while he recovers from a strained left hamstring.

Revis says Thursday he feels "a lot better" than he did at this time last week but won't play until he's completely healthy. Revis has not practiced or played since being injured in the first half of the Jets' 28-14 win over New England almost two weeks ago.

Coach Rex Ryan says Revis' rehabilitation has been "outstanding," but cautions against rushing back a player recovering from a hamstring injury. He says if Revis plays and reinjures it, it would be "devastating."

Antonio Cromartie will start in Revis' normal spot at left cornerback, possibly alongside Drew Coleman.
