Diane Bicknell (center), EMT for Atlanta Rescue Squad, donates a Philips automated external defibrillator to Mayor Fred Finchum at the Atlanta City Council meeting. Bicknell was the winner of a drawing at the Illinois Ambulance Conference in Peoria. Jenn Wilson (left) of Vital Education, a representative for Philips, was the donating vendor. Bicknell asked that the AED be on-site at the Atlanta swimming pool or ball diamond.
