McNeil Consumer Healthcare Announces Recall of One Product Lot of TYLENOL® 8 Hour Caplets 50 Count

McNeil Consumer Healthcare, Division of McNEIL-PPC, Inc., is recalling one product lot of TYLENOL® 8 Hour caplets 50 count bottles because an odor which is thought to be caused by the presence of trace amounts of a chemical called 2,4,6-tribromoanisole.

The product lot number for the recalled product can be found on the side of the bottle label.

Consumers who purchased product from the lot included in this recall should stop using the product and contact McNeil Consumer Healthcare, either at www.tylenol.com or by calling 1-888-222-6036 (Monday-Friday 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Eastern Time, and Saturday-Sunday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern Time) for instructions about receiving a refund or product coupon.

BATHTUB TOYS 

Munchkin Inc. is recalling bathtub subs sold nationwide from November 2009 to September 2010. The intake valve on the bottom of the submarine toy can suck up loose skin, posing laceration hazard. 

This recall involves battery-operated bathtub submarine toys. The toy is yellow, has a smiling face, turquoise windows, an orange propeller and an orange periscope that turns the toy on and off. The intake valve has a water pump that sucks in water to propel the submarine.

INFANT OVERALLS 

Lollytogs Ltd. is recalling Infant's Overalls sold nationwide and in Canada from February 2010 to July 2010. The overalls have snaps that could come loose and pose a choking hazard. 

This recall involves infants' Carhartt® overalls with style numbers GG8500 (100% cotton canvas) and GG8501 (100% cotton knit). The Carhartt logo is sewn on the front of the garment and the style numbers can be found on the sewn-in label hanging from the sleeve. 

Consumers should return the overalls to the place of purchase for a full refund or store credit.

CHILDREN'S FLASHLIGHTS 

Dollar Tree Stores Inc. is recalling Wolverine, Spider-Man and Iron Man 2 Projector Flashlights sold exclusively at Dollar Tree stores from August 2010. The flashlights can cause the batteries and/or bulb to overheat, posing fire and burn hazards. 

The recalled projector flashlights are about 6 1/2 inches in length and have the Wolverine, Spider-Man and Iron Man characters and names printed on them. The flashlights come with five extra mini discs that attach to the flashlight to project various images. The back of the packaging contains the number 16879-20012-003-1003 and UPC 6 39277 16879 5. 

Consumers should return the flashlights to the store where purchased for a full refund.

GRACO STROLLERS 

Graco Children's Products Inc., of Atlanta, Ga., is recalling Graco strollers sold nationwide from November 2000 to December 2007 due to risk of entrapment and strangulation.

FABRIC PROTECTOR 

Claire-Sprayway Inc. is recalling Fabric Protector sold nationwide from January 2005 to August 2010. Overexposure to fumes, vapor or spray mist from the product can pose a serious respiratory hazard. 

The fabric protector was sold under the following brand names: Sprayway® No. 980 Industrial Fabric Protector; 3D Fabric Protector; Auto Brite Fabric Protector Guardatela; Auto Magic® Fabric Protector No. 91-S; Crystal Aire Products #680 Fabric Protector; Falcon Labs® Spotless Fabric Protector; Quiltprotect™ Spray; Robbie's™ Fabric Shield; Showcar Fabric Protector and Simoniz® System 5 Stain Sentry Fabric Protector. The can size is 13.5 oz., and the product code is located on the bottom of the can.

COOKTOPS AND RANGES 

Electrolux Home Products Inc. is recalling Frigidaire and Electrolux ICON Smoothtop Electric Cooktops and Frigidaire Slide-in Ranges with rotary knobs and digital displays sold nationwide from January 2005 to August 2010. Liquids can pool under the control knob and cause the surface heating element to turn on unexpectedly, heat to temperatures other than expected and then not turn off, posing a risk of fire and burn hazards. 

Model and serial numbers for the slide-in ranges can be found inside the oven door on the left side of the unit or on the underside surface on cooktop models and can be found at www.recalls.org

Kohler Co. is recalling Kohler and Sterling Frameless by-pass bath doors sold nationwide from August 2010 to September 2010. The glass doors can shatter, posing a laceration hazard. 

The recalled doors can be identified by the tempering date located on the bath door glass panel, which reads "080410" or by the SAU (serial) number on the manufacturer's box. A complete list can be found at www.recalls.org

ETHAN ALLEN CRIBS 

Ethan Allen is recalling Drop-Side Cribs sold at their stores nationwide from January 2002 to December 2008. The crib's drop-side rail hardware can malfunction, detach or otherwise fail, causing part of the drop side rail to detach from the crib which can lead to strangulation and/or suffocation. A child can also fall out of the crib. 

This recall involves Ethan Allen brand cribs with item numbers 14-5650, 15-5650, 16-5650, 26-5650, 35-5622, 36-5620, 36-5622 and 38-5622. "Ethan Allen" and the item number are printed on a label on the crib's headboard or footboard. 

Consumers should contact any Ethan Allen store to receive a free repair kit that will immobilize the drop-side rail.

ANGEL LINE CRIBS 

Angel Line is recalling Drop-Side Cribs sold nationwide from December 2004 to January 2009. The crib's drop-side rail hardware can malfunction, detach or otherwise fail, causing part of the drop-side rail to detach from the crib which can lead to strangulation and/or suffocation. A child can also fall out of the crib. 

This recall involves the following models of Longwood Forest drop-side cribs with plastic drop-side hardware: 6103S, 6105S, 6106S, 6108S, 6109S, 8025P, and 8029P. "Longwood Forest" or "Angel Line" and the model number are printed on a label on the crib's headboard

VICTORY LAND CRIBS 

Victory Land Group is recalling Heritage Collection 3-in-1 drop-side cribs sold at Kmart stores nationwide from February 2007 to October 2008. The crib's drop-side rail can malfunction, detach or otherwise fail, causing part of the drop-side to detach from the crib. which can lead to strangulation and/or suffocation. A child can also fall out of the crib. 

This recall involves Heritage Collection 3-in-1 drop-side cribs with Kmart model numbers 07-1248 and 07-1252. A label with Kmart and the model number can be found on the inner side of the crib's headboard or footboard on the bottom rail.
