More rare are symptoms that may include fever, muscle pain and
feelings of discomfort or weakness. If these problems occur, they
are very uncommon and usually begin soon after the shot and last one
to two days.
The combined seasonal and H1N1 flu vaccine is
available at the Logan County Department of Public Health for adults
19 years of age and older through walk-in clinic hours Monday
through Friday 7:30 a.m. until 4 p.m. or on the HOPE Mobile during
its regularly scheduled stops.
The health department continues to wait for the shipment of the
seasonal flu vaccine for children 6 months through 18 years of age.
More information will be available once the department has received
the children's vaccine.
