Red Lions drop match to UIS

[September 15, 2010]  The Red Lions women's volleyball team of Lincoln Christian University dropped a home match Tuesday evening to University of Illinois Springfield, a NACC Division II school, by scores of 25-17, 25-13 and 25-19.

LCU was led by Krystine Schnautz with seven kills, three assists, six digs and three blocks. Emily Sheley had six kills and two blocks, and Jamie McFadden had six kills, 10 digs and one block. Anna Devillez, Lydia Bunting and Britney Flora added seven, five and five digs, respectively.

The Red Lions are now 4-2 for the season will play at Monmouth College on Saturday.
