The Autism Society of McLean County is a not-for-profit
organization that serves the central Illinois autism community.
One in 110 children are diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder.
The goal is to raise $20,000, all of which will be used to
provide service and support to families dealing with autism.

Past contributions have made a significant impact in the
community. Funds raised have allowed ASMC to improve and support a
vast array of services such as:

Provide current
multimedia resources to families and professionals.

Host conferences
on teaching and caring for individuals with autism.

Established an
annual weeklong day camp in collaboration with Easter Seals.

Provide stipends
to individuals with autism to help them be actively engaged in the
community.

Publication of a quarterly newsletter.

Recreational and
educational events for children with autism: baseball, basketball
and football skills camp, craft and activity classes, drama camp,
Vacation Bible School.

Support meetings and
activities for families.

Educational grants
program to enhance support in schools.

vocational, education and housing committees.
