The costumes have been readied. Two months of hard work and the lines have all been
learned. Now it's time for the show.
Students at LJHS had their
dress rehearsal last night for the play "Tapestry," which they will
perform tonight and Saturday evening at 7. The hard work and
effort showed as students went through their lines flawlessly in a
play based heavily on dialogue.
School plays are an integral
part of a youngster's education. They teach discipline and the
skills to be comfortable in front of a large audience. Students also
learn teamwork and can find a love for theater they can carry with
them for the rest of their lives.
The play is directed by
Louella Moreland and Rebecca Bailey.
