If you thought you saw this little red wagon tooling through town Friday, don’t worry, you were not hallucinating.

This street-legal, oversized Radio Flyer belongs to Rick and Kathy Sullivan of Kathy’s Collision Center in Clinton and was built by Rick and Dick Skelton of Lincoln.

Sullivan said that as far as he knows, there is only one other Radio Flyer like this one, built by a couple in Alaska. Sullivan said theirs is only a two-seater, though, and he wanted a four-seater family wagon.

The Radio Flyer is on a 1995 Oldsmobile Ciera chassis and took four weeks and four days to build.

When Sullivan pulled into the Graue parking lot on North Kickapoo, he was immediately surrounded by people anxious to get a look at his larger-than-life toy.
