Saudi Arabian Oil Minister Ali Naimi said late Sunday the global oil market is oversupplied, dampening hopes OPEC will soon boost its output to help bring down prices, according to the official Saudi Press Agency. Naimi said Saudi Arabia, the world's largest oil exporter, cut daily output to 8.3 million barrels in March from 9.1 million barrels in February because of what it saw as excess global supply. In other Nymex trading in May contracts, heating oil fell 1.1 cents to $3.21 a gallon and gasoline dropped 1.6 cents to $3.27 a gallon. Natural gas futures were down 1.7 cents at $4.19 per 1,000 cubic feet.
