Saturday morning the Lincoln Park District was abustle with people out enjoying the fresh air. The district’s annual Easter egg hunt was on a back lawn with hundreds of kids, parents, grandparents and more there to enjoy the fun.

While adults armed with cameras and video recorders watched from the sidelines, kids stormed the lawn, scooping up more than their fair share of 10,000 eggs filled with candy.

The district had four hunts based on age, with the youngest of children getting a little help from their adults.
