After judging each piece
individually, the judges then went through all the submissions
together, and among the four of them, selected the best of the best.
Those who were present for photos with their plaques were Miriam
Carter, who took first in visual arts; Alyssa Zimmer; second in visual
arts; and Esther Tomlinson, first in heritage arts.
