What a difference it makes when power lines run through the alley.

Crews are working throughout the city, trimming tree branches that are over power lines. Sometimes the result doesn't leave an attractive tree for the homeowner. On streets like Delavan that isn't a problem, as the trees grow to meet each other, forming a natural tunnel.
