The annual dinner party for
art and balloon fest volunteers was indoors this year at the American
Legion. The event, sponsored by Regions Bank, usually is out at the airport. But uncomfortably hot weather and the
threat of rain, which came down while the dinner was going on, made
event planners move it indoors. The volunteers were treated to
pulled pork and got some valuable information about what to expect
during the festival and how they will help make it another successful
weekend.
