TERMS: Farm land will
be sold on a per acre basis with the “Buyers Choice” method. Successful
buyer will have the choice of either “West side” “East Side” or may take
both tracts. Buyer (s) will be required to enter into a written contract
agreement after the auction with a 10 % down payment on day of sale.
Balance will be due at closing on or before September 29th 2011. Title
policy showing merchantable title will be furnished. Potential buyers
must have their financing prearranged before the auction. Will be sold
subject with the Trustee’s approval.
Any announcements on the day of the
auction will take precedence over printed matter or any oral statements
made.
