The highlight of the evening
was the balloons lifting off and floating across the sky. The
announcer said that atmospheric pressures were keeping some of the
balloons closer to the ground, while others were able to soar high
into a blue sky that was slightly cloudy, but for the most part clear.
The evening concluded with a brief "glow" of the balloons. The
announcer explained that the balloons were having some difficulty,
with a breeze picking up and fuel running low, so the glow was cut
short by a few minutes.
