Lincoln Police Department

  • Baker, Brooklynn A., 19, Lincoln arrested Aug. 28 on Woodlawn at Main on charge of driving under the influence and a Logan County warrant for failure to appear in answer to charge of permitting a driver under the influence to drive.

  • Gutierrez-Munoz, Marcelino, 30, Rantoul, arrested Aug. 27 on Keokuk at North Kickapoo on charges of driving under the influence and possession of a controlled substance.

  • Harris, Richard S., 36, Lincoln, arrested Aug. 28 at his residence on charges of domestic battery and criminal damage to property under $300.

  • Newton, Beau T., 33, Lincoln arrested Aug. 28 on Eighth at Union on charge of driving under the influence.

Logan County Sheriff's Department

  • Bland, Jason K., 20, Lincoln, arrested Aug. 28 on a Logan County warrant for failure to appear on an ordinance violation, plus three Logan County warrants for failure to appear on a possession for cannabis.

  • Hoover, Caleb A., 30, Springfield, arrested Aug. 26 at the Sangamon County Jail on a Logan County warrant for failure to appear on charge of having no valid driver's license.

  • McIntosh, Allister D., 20, Lincoln, arrested Aug. 28 at his residence on a Logan County warrant for failure to appear in answer to charge of violation of a city ordinance.

  • Morse, Kristen L., 21, Lincoln, arrested Aug. 28 at her residence on a Logan County warrant for failure to appear in answer to charge of having no valid driver's license.

  • Tungate, Toby J., 38, Lincoln, arrested Aug. 28 at his residence on a Logan County warrant for failure to appear on charge of driving with a suspended license.

  • Wiemer, Bridget A., 42, San Jose, arrested Aug. 26 at her residence on a Logan County warrant for failure to appear in answer to charge of an ordinance violation.
