This year at the second annual
art and balloon fest parade, candy was tossed out to those who came to watch
the 40-some entries wind their way through town from
Wyatt Avenue to the airport.
The last entry in the parade was two city street sweepers running
along, picking up the uncollected candy and trash, so that our city still looked nice and neat for the remainder of the weekend's
downtown events.
