Investors have turned their attention to the impact high oil prices could have on inflation as the U.S. economy appears to be on stronger footing. In other Nymex trading in March contracts, heating oil rose 2.2 cents to $2.72 a gallon and gasoline gained 2.0 cents to $2.49 a gallon. Natural gas futures were down 4.4 cents at $3.87 per 1,000 cubic feet.
