California Rep. Darrell Issa (EYE'-suh) is set to lead the House Oversight and Government Reform
-- and gain the chairman's subpoena power.
Issa suggests that the White House should hire more accountants -- not lawyers
-- to deal with requests for information from the Republican-led House. He tells "Fox News Sunday" that it's "more of an accounting function than a legal function."
He also says the White House should look at wasteful spending -- not the GOP
-- as the enemy.
