Bill Gossett (on left) receives congratulations from Mayor Keith Snyder at last night's Lincoln City Council meeting. Gossett was presented with the Main Street Lincoln Christmas ornament to recognize him as the outstanding resident of Ward 4 for 2010 as well as for his exemplary involvement in the entire community.
