By the time it was time to
give out prizes for the best decorations, kids were all excited
about seeing what was in the goodie bags, and also moving on to the
water balloon fight against the Lincoln firefighters.
Several prizes were given out for first, second and third place in
various age groups, plus there were categories for the canine entries and an award for the coolest bike.
Here are just a small handful of the winners of the day.
