[July 11, 2011]  CHICAGO (AP) -- Chicago authorities say an 18-year-old has been charged after police found a suspicious package that forced the evacuation of Chicago's Millennium Park.

Chicago police spokesman Mike Sullivan says Emmett DeFrisco of Chicago was charged with disorderly conduct, a misdemeanor. A message left for DeFrisco wasn't immediately returned Sunday. It was unclear whether he has an attorney.

Police say the package was connected to a "role-playing event" and contained two bricks.

Authorities were told of the package about 5:30 p.m. Saturday and emptied the crowded park while officers inspected it. Police say the package was wrapped in duct tape and had wires sticking out of it.

It was left near the Cloud Gate sculpture, which looks like a giant metallic bean and is one of the park's biggest attractions.
