Saturday morning wasn't quite as bad as the last few days had been, but temps were on the rise at the Kroger's parking lot for the dog wash by the Humane Society of Logan County. In all 44 pooches got a bath, and the HSLC raised another $400 to go toward the operation of their new shelter.
