Thursday is the fifth day of discussions for the 11 women and one man who make up the jury.

Blagojevich faces 20 counts. He took the stand and denied all the charges, including that he tried to sell or trade President Barack Obama's vacated U.S. Senate seat.
Blagojevich's first trial ended with jurors deadlocked on all but one count after 14 days of deliberations. He was convicted of lying to the FBI.
