As part of the Lincoln Park District's winter
fitness promotion, Marcia Cook, community nurse liaison from the
Christian Village, will check blood pressures. Any members or guests
who are here between 8 and 9 a.m. on the first and third Wednesdays
of the month are welcome to have her check their blood pressure. It
is very important to know your numbers to prevent many illnesses
related to high blood pressure. This is a free service sponsored by
The Christian Village.
