The
"Buzz" was back at City Hall.
For the first time in several
weeks, all 10 city aldermen were present for their special
budget-building meeting Saturday morning.
True to his word, Ward 4 Alderman Orville
"Buzz" Busby
attended a portion of the meeting. He came a little late and
left a little early, but no one cared as the entire room was
just delighted to see him there.
During the morning, he managed to scold the council once,
telling them they had to make cuts and they needed to do it
now. Someone responded laughingly, “He’s baaaack!”
