working 1 2/3 innings and striking out three. Offensive leaders

hold them to three runs on four hits in his 4 1/3 innings of work.
With the game tied, May was again turned on in game two. He pitched
3 1/3 innings, earning the win while striking out five. In the final
frame, he was able to strike out the final two hitters while both
the tying and go-ahead runs were in scoring position.

was 2-6 with a double. Nick Burrus (Cincinnati, Ohio) was 3-3 with
three runs batted in to lead the offensive attack. May was also a
big contributor on the offensive attack with two runs batted in and
a stolen base.
